This is a vintage 1984 MICHAEL JACKSON BEAT IT DOLL in the ORIGINAL box. The box is a bit "tattered and torn", but the contents are PERFECT! The box has been shrinkwrapped to prevent any additional wear.
This 12" vinyl poseable doll was big back in the 80's. Made back in July of 1984 by LJN Toys Inc., the doll is poseable, and can wear various music video and award clothes as well as his famous glitter glove, glitter socks, and mirror sunglasses, which were all removable from the doll. The box is black and had a picture of Michael wearing a yellow sweater vest and a white collared shirt with a yellow bowtie. The costumes available for purchase separatley included Thriller, Beat It, The 1984 Grammies, (A 3-musketeer's inspired sequin jacket that is purple and gold for this appearance), the 84 American Music Awards, Human Nature, Billie Jean and the Motown 25 event. The doll has molded Jherri Curl hair and includes the glittering "magic" glove, microphone, and posing stand. Fully poseable. Authentic stage outfit.
